Pickups and used-gear drop-offs are by appointment in Beaverton. There's no storefront, so we'll text you to set a time, usually on a weekday evening or the weekend.
Pickup is free. Orders are paid online first.

If anything you bought from us is unsafe, has hurt someone, or looks like it could, stop using it and tell us right away. Call or text 705-500-5153, email info@northernsticks.ca with the subject "Safety", or pick "Product safety" in the form above.
We report serious incidents to Health Canada within 2 days, as the law requires.
We check every used item against Health Canada recalls when it comes in and again before we list it, and we don't buy damaged, modified or recalled protective gear. If something we sold you is recalled, we'll contact you using your order details.
You can look up recalls yourself on Health Canada's recalls site, recalls-rappels.canada.ca, or call Health Canada's product safety line at 1-866-662-0666. Helmet and cage rules are under selling us your gear.
